Who is Strwbry Wrld?

MY NAME IS BEATRICE VAN DER VELDE - KRAFT.

I AM AN ARTIST AND DESIGNER BASED OUT OF OCEAN CITY, NJ. I WORK PRIMARILY WITH PEN, PAPER AND DIFFERENT PRINT FORMS!

SO... WHAT IS STRWBRY_WRLD?

My inspiration for STRWBRY_WRLD came from a song my mama used to sing me that was about a strawberry girl with a strawberry tumtum in a strawberry world. It’s a core memory I have of her and I dancing around the living room year after year. I would doodle little characters of strawberry people and other fruity friends. Eventually they began to take over my notebooks, text books and pretty much any other surface I could find.

Now it stands for me, my art and a space for me to put all my creative creations.
